Steve and Janice Quan are the active owners of Valley
Pool Consultants and Construction, LLC. This has been a
family-owned and operated company since 1995. You will
find both Steve and Janice to be some of the most active
owners in the industry, being on-site during your pool
construction. They pride their company in having a
perfect record with the Arizona Registrar of
Contractors and the Better Business
Bureau.
Valley Pool Consultants and Construction, LLC are in
operation six days a week and we always return homeowner
calls, even after hours, if necessary. We work under the
principal of one-on-one customer service and individual

Pool safety and fun is promoted and supported by Valley
Pool Consultants and Construction, LLC. For the past five
years, we have sponsored CPR courses for homeowners as
well as any community member. Training includes not only
